Cement Man's plan to discover the location of the time machine and backed by his sick twisted genetic modification of unsuspecting One Oven he seems keen on solving the mystery. Mr. Oven is then sent to investigate the familiar face he recognized after being dead for 165 years. Where the city is now in the sky and the flying cars glide around the open streets of a futuristic Montreal where only the corrupt seem to strive and the clueless are left wondering who is in charge.
